In this paper, we will take a gander at the results of the EF 205 M1 Assignment Promoting Health and Longevity Self-test and bounce into the relationship between genuine work, lifestyle behaviors, and customary health and longevity. My score for exercise and fitness was 4, showing that I participate in moderate to lavish genuine work consistently, contributing to, if all else fails, and flourishing.

Stress Control

I scored 2 for “Consistently” in handling stress, genuinely, suggesting that I have frameworks positioned to arrange stressors in my customary presence.

Safety/Health

I got a score of 2 for “Regularly” practicing safety measures, for instance, wearing safety belts and avoiding distractions while driving.

Reflection on Lifestyle and CDC Guidelines

Considering my Healthstyle Self-test results, my stream lifestyle aligns well with the guidelines set out by the CDC for promoting health and hindering disease. I consider myself really strong, as confirmed by my customary exercise routine and healthy eating habits. Even so, there are consistent regions for progression.

Two barriers to additionally encouraging my lifestyle integrate time constraints and stress the load (Barnard et al., 2020).
