In this paper, we will take a gander at the results of the EF 205 M1 Assignment Promoting Health and Longevity Self-test and bounce into the relationship between genuine work, lifestyle behaviors, and customary health and longevity. We will destroy the components of fitness, wellness, and performance, and their contributions to the future. Additionally, we will look at the leading causes of death and the lifestyle behaviors that influence these estimations.
Interpretation of Healthstyle Self-test Results
Upon completion of the Healthstyle Self-test, I got scores for six sections: Cigarette Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs, Eating Habits, Exercise/Fitness, Stress Control, and Safety/Health. Each section gave information about my ongoing health practices and regions for progress.
Cigarette Smoking
My score shows that I avoid smoking cigarettes, scoring 2 for “A significant part of the time.” This recommends that I adhere to healthy behavior here.
Alcohol and Drugs
I scored a 4 for “Consistently” in avoiding over-the-top alcohol consumption or medication use, demonstrating confirmation of moderation and responsible behavior.
Eating Habits
I got a score of 4 for “Routinely” in eating different nutritious food combinations standard and limiting admission of unhealthy fats, sugars, and salt.
Exercise/Fitness
My score for exercise and fitness was 4, showing that I participate in moderate to lavish genuine work consistently, contributing to, if all else fails, and flourishing.
Stress Control
I scored 2 for “Consistently” in handling stress, genuinely, suggesting that I have frameworks positioned to arrange stressors in my customary presence.
Safety/Health
I got a score of 2 for “Regularly” practicing safety measures, for instance, wearing safety belts and avoiding distractions while driving.
Reflection on Lifestyle and CDC Guidelines
Considering my Healthstyle Self-test results, my stream lifestyle aligns well with the guidelines set out by the CDC for promoting health and hindering disease. I consider myself really strong, as confirmed by my customary exercise routine and healthy eating habits. Even so, there are consistent regions for progression.
Barriers to Change and Behavior Changes
Two barriers to additionally encouraging my lifestyle integrate time constraints and stress the load (Barnard et al., 2020). To conquer these barriers, I can zero in on guaranteed work by coordinating standard exercises and consolidating stress-diminishing exercises like meditation or yoga into my regular practice.
Components of Fitness, Wellness, and Performance
Fitness wraps physical, mental, and emotional accomplishment, including cardiovascular excitement, strong strength, adaptability, and body composition (Gonsi and Mong, 2021). Wellness coordinates intensive health, arranging physical, mental, and social progress. Performance connects with pushing one’s abilities in various exercises and attempts.
Leading Causes of Death and Lifestyle Behaviors
The three leading causes of death are often credited to cardiovascular confusion, sabotaging improvement, and respiratory infections (Soriano et al., 2020). Lifestyle behaviors like smoking, preposterous alcohol consumption, not unequivocally prominent eating standards, inert lifestyle, and stress contribute altogether to these snippets of information.

By translating the results of the Healthstyle Self-test and understanding the components of fitness, wellness, and performance, individuals can make informed decisions to induce health and longevity.
